Senior Planner, Michael Spaeth, thanked William Vicens and members who attended the Art Tour this afternoon.

There will be a special Town Council meeting Wednesday, December 10th. Town Council will be presented with the La Cholla Blvd and Naranja Drive Southwest/Northwest Major General Plan Amendments.

The Conceptual Design Review Board will hear the case regarding the Desert Sky 3-lot subdivision as well as hold the election of officers at the January 13th meeting.

Monday, December 15th, a neighborhood meeting will be held at 6 pm at the Resurrection Lutheran Church, 11575 N. First Avenue to discuss a proposed Retirement Community (La Posada)  Minor General Plan Rezoning and Environmentally Sensitive Lands Map Amendments, located on the southwest corner of Naranja Drive and 1st Ave.

On Monday, January 5th, a neighborhood meeting will be held at 6 pm at the Sun City Recreation Center, 1495 E. Rancho Vistoso Boulevard to discuss a proposed Major Communication Facility Cellular Tower at 2291 E. Rancho Vistoso Boulevard located approximately 1/4 - mile west of the intersection of Oracle Road and Rancho Vistoso Boulevard.
