Vice Chair Michael Stankiewicz and Commissioner Frederick Wayand commented on the All Committee Meeting #2 notes from the August 18, 2015 meeting.

There was no discussion from the commission at this time on this matter.

 

Determining the basic ERU value

Stormwater Civil Engineer Fritz Laos explained to the commission how he calculated the basic ERU valve.  He explained the methodology of what was used to calculate the basic ERU's values town wide.

An open discussion was held on different scenarios to increase the fee and/or to change or leave the ERU's values.

 

Chair Parker recessed the meeting at 4:30 p.m.

 

Chair Parker reconvened the meeting at 4:44 p.m.

 

Discussion continued on the different fee structure scenarios.

Another work study will be scheduled.

 

MOTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Lynch and seconded by Commissioner Wayand adjourn the work session at 6 p.m.
